Came in to the Catterbox laat week and man were they swamped.  Their customer service was still amazing though so points for that.  The husband got a sweet teriyaki burger minus the pineapple, switched the swiss for pepper jack, cup of honey mustard on the side and cheese fries.  I got the adult grilled cheese with fries.I normally don't finish my meals and need a box but tonight I just couldn't stop. So delicious. I will be back again and again. My husband somehow finished his full pound burger with a smile cemented on his face. Thanks for a wonderful evening Chatterbox. The decor is still amazing. Sports memorabilia and ceiling tiles for teams from high school to professional.

Good home town favorite. Excellent service. Good food. Fun appetizers. I highly recommend of the burger. Little Hidden Gem tucked away in Benton Harbor. If you're in the area it's definitely worth stopping in!

I love all the handmade drop-ceiling tiles with all sports teams/schools. Makes the place seem extra homey. Crowd is always diverse and I enjoy my bar conversations I have with other patrons while I'm there. They have great burgers and ice cold beer. What else could you want?

Best Bloody Mary with all the fixings. We chose here for lunch based on other reviews. The burgers were indeed wonderful. Service was also great. Highly recommend! Outdoor seating under umbrellas as well.

We came in at 8 for dinner, it was short staffed I'll admit, but then a few more employees arrived, the waitress was rude, we were there 1.5 hours with no food when others that came in after us were getting their food first. At 9:30 we told them we would just take it to go. At this point the place was pretty much empty and we still didn't have our food. Finally, 10:00 and we are back at the hotel eating..

My Grandpa Dave has been a regular here for years, and one thing I always look forward to when I come to visit is going to lunch with him at Chatterbox. The staff are excellent, and the burgers are the best I've ever had. I absolutely would recommend Chatterbox to anyone who will listen. You will not be disappointed!

Best burgers around. It takes a few minutes longer to cook them to perfection, but well worth the wait. If you are really on a crunch for time, probably not the place to go. But if you have some time for lunch, you have to give them a try. Great food, great price and great atmosphere!!

The Olive Burger was on point!

Great,experience. I ordered the "nuke" grilled chicken sandwich with jalapeños and other delicious stuff. Don't let the outside of the building fool ya. It's a lot more inviting when you get inside. I'm going to have to try a burger next time though, they looked really good too.

Now that new owners took over at the North shore it makes the Chatterbox the best place for a burger and fries without breaking the bank..

A Chatterbox burger? "Yes, please!" You may have to be a little patient for the food, but, there's a nice tap selection and tasty appetisers while you wait... It's worth it. I wouldn't throw the fries on the floor either. I suggest stopping by, if you're in the Benton Harbor area.

Delicious food. Best bar burgers in the area. Good, quick service. The sweet potato fries are to die for. Great to visit on a lunch break...you're done before your hour is up. Good music in the background. Good variety on menu but not too complicated. Prices are beyond fair. There's Keno if you want some entertainment. All around a great place with great vibes, good food and good service.

Super clean little "locals" bar even though several non locals frequent... Service is top notch and the food is great (not for your health but a great cheat meal)! Good TV's and sports selection!

Friendly, clean, good food, and great service. I have been there a few times during COVID, felt safe and well cared for. Casual sports bar atmosphere is just my style. I went to another popular sports bar in SW MI recently, but the food was not good, and the service was indifferent. Hey I matter, and so do you. I like to be treated nicely. I promise you will enjoy your visit. Very reasonable prices.
